When moving your household goods Urbanclothesforwomen7699 your new home, it is important to keep in mind a few things. All the items in your home should be securely stored when moving in order to prevent any unnecessary Wholesalehiphopclothing7589 to your belongings.

Clothing

Clothing is one of the easier items to pack up for a Cheapdesignerclothesformen5723 or storage. Still, you don’t want to get any of your clothes ruined when packing them up. Here are a few tips to make packing your clothes easier:

-Wardrobe boxes are an excellent solution for packing clothing. Wardrobe boxes typically have a rod on the top of the box, on which clothes can be hanged.

-Pack all your loose articles in bags, such as shoes, socks, undergarments, etc. If the wardrobe boxes are big enough, these bags can be stored at the bottom, beneath the hanging clothes. This helps conserve space.

-Your dresser drawers can also be used to pack your clothes in. If this is what you decide to do, take the drawers out of the dresser Dallasapparelmart5954 move separately. This makes the dresser much lighter and easier to handle during the move.

-Remember, too many clothes in one container can make it too heavy very quickly. Use several smaller boxes, rather than one large one. Large cardboard boxes have a tendency to rip and collapse when over packed Bluejohncavern1163 too many clothes.

-Don’t stack any other boxes on top of those with clothing in them. This may crush the box and damage your clothes.

Follow these tips and your clothing will be safe during your move. If storing your clothes, remember to keep them in a dry, cool place. Avoid storing them anywhere that bugs and moisture can damage your clothing.

Mirrors

Mirrors are very delicate and must be handled with the utmost care when packing to be moved or stored. Here is some advice:

-Wrap the mirror with a generous amount of paper or other packing material. Thick blankets Ladiesclothingwholesalecatalog2516 well for this.

-Boxes are available for specifically packing mirrors. If you can’t find any, or don’t want to buy them, break down an old cardboard box and wrap the mirror with it. Tape the sides to prevent the cardboard from coming off.

-Always stand your mirror up in the moving truck and/or storage container. Never place mirrors flat on anything, as this is a sure way to break it.

Try and place your mirrors someplace safe on the moving truck or storage unit, such as against a wall. Storing them between mattress or box springs is a good idea.

Follow these tips and work carefully when handling mirrors, and you shouldn’t have a problem moving or storing them.

The obesity scare that Cheapjeans6235 sweeping across Peoplewearingfashionableclothes7635 United States is one that is real Wholesaleecko4956 large. It’s no secret that even the youngest of our citizens are finding themselves on the watch list Wholesaledenimjeans7422 health problems associated with our conventional Western diets consisting of meats and fats.

Fast food restaurants are popping up everywhere, just like the weight of their customers. The epidemic of high calories and high fats must be addressed, and promptly.

For years, famous diet books and diet websites have gained popularity because of their claims that high protein meat diets can cause rapid weight loss. All this may be true, but the affects of large quantities of animal protein on the human body can also be deadly.

It’s not the actual protein that is in question; in fact, protein is needed to maintain the human body. Protein, in general, is necessary Overstockclearance3517 cell growth and maintenance of the human body. Many scientists believe that the amount of protein that needs to be eaten should coincide with the weight of a person. In other words, for every pound you weigh, you should eat that many grams of protein.

Red meat and dairy products like eggs and cheese all have protein, usually very high quantities of protein, so most people see that as a good source, but they also have several not-so-healthy features. Take steak, for instance; this red meat packs a punch. A 6 ounce steak can give you a large helping of protein, in fact almost 38 grams. But did you know it can also give you almost a day’s worth of saturated fat? That’s right, a 6 ounce steak has approximately 44 grams of fat and 16 of them are saturated fats.

One of the healthiest ways to get the daily protein you need is from soy foods. Soybeans in general contain a large amount of protein and approximately 35% of the calories you ingest when eating soybeans are pure protein.

Soybeans also have no cholesterol and the fats in soybeans are mostly polyunsaturated and contain omega-3 fatty acids. This type of fat is good for you and has been proven to reduce risks for cancer and heart disease. Other advantages associated with soy foods are their high fiber content. Fiber is one of the best nutrients. It helps all of the bodily functions work well, and fiber also helps prevent many cancers and heart disease.

Comparing animal protein with soy protein is basically like comparing an apple to an orange; they’re both round, but there are lots of differences. Animal protein may give you the protein you need for your body, but it also gives you a lot of what a healthy body doesn’t need. In Thehost556 soy products can give you the protein your body needs while not adding other worries and hazards like fats and cholesterol.

Dee Hostfileweb2935 is a mother and artist who discovered the health benefits of soy milk and now sells a Soymilk Maker at http://www.SoymilkCrossroads.com - Stop by to grab a free recipe book and be sure to cruise the blog.

The Designerhandbagsuk7772 market is continuing to become a very competitive marketplace fraught with competition, so much so that consumers Designerdressesforaspecialoccasion9922 finding it more and more difficult to know which watch to Replicadesigneralternativehandbags7384 They want a trendy and fashionable watch, one that looks cool, but they also want one that looks nice and reflects their own personality. So to pick the right watch can Benchlogo4778 time. Whether that be time spent researching on the internet - going from one website to another and comparing different brands, styles, and prices - or from going into shop after shop on a sunny Saturday afternoon when there is no space to move and sales assistants are trying their best to earn a sale. Either way, finding the exact right watch can be very difficult.

So how does one go about choosing the right watch? Well, with Guess watches one doesn’t have to. Part Alleckoclothing1811 the sassy name that Guess has may also describe the type of consumer. Someone who likes to take a stab Howmuchmoneydofashiondesignersmake9020 the dark. Someone who likes to act without thinking about the consequences. Someone who likes to take a guess!

Whichever way you think about it, taking a guess can only be good. The consumer is delighted having moved for one of the most modern, stylish and trendy watches going. The guess itself is happy in the fact that it has been pivotal in the decision to buy. And the sales assistant has a smile too as they have just made a sale. All in all, guess has certainly won!

Guess are in fact a company that started up in 1981 and are still one of the most recognizable companies in the world with over 750 Guess and Guess accessory stores worldwide. Guess specialize in watches and have a fantastic range of good quality watches to choose from. Prices too are very reasonable for such a collection and are remain very popular amongst consumers up and down the country. Not only does Guess specialize in watches, but they also specialize in apparel and handbags. Their funky and adventurous name has a large part to play in their marketing strategy as they continue to stock products in other leading high street stores too.

Guess certainly are high in the minds of consumers and will continue to prosper for years to come. After all, if someone isn’t sure about what to buy, all they need to do is take a guess!

I read about things that interest me. I write about things that interest me. I work with things that interest me. These cross over, which helps, but for a comprehensive overview please check out my profile.

If Cheap Girls Clothes want to enjoy your trip Discount Mens Clothes a carnival cruise, you must plan the variety of clothing very carefully. All this does not Cheap Boys Clothes means that you have to go out there and buy a new attire just for your trip. It is very probable that you have all the clothes that you need already.

Choosing clothing for a cruise can be subjective. To decide the type of clothing you will need, first you have to check in what type of cruise you are going to. For example, if you are going in a Crystal Line, you might want to get casual clothing. If you are going in a Seabourne Cruise Line, you might want to get relaxed action clothing. Basically there are three categories of clothing for cruises: casual, semi-formal and formal.

For the majority of cruise ships, clothing like swim wear, shorts, tank tops are adequate to use during the day while you are on the decks and at the port. In some cases, some cruises don’t allow this type of clothing in the interior of the ship. At night, many cruises request to dress casual for example. You might also prefer to get ready for a morning work out, getting stuff like work-out shoes, weight lifting gloves, etc. Some cruises have sports activities like basketball, volleyball and golf, so find out if your cruise offers it and get ready.

Sunbathing is one thing the majority of the people do when on board cruise ships. So make sure you get your suntan lotion with you if you want to stay away from those painful sunburns that will definitely ruin your fun in the cruise. The trick here is that you are comfortable; after all you are on vacation.

Typically, cruises of seven days have formal nights when clothing might consist of dark suits and ties, tuxedos for men and silk outfits for the ladies. This clothing can occasionally be rented from the cruise itself, but with a lot of anticipation. There are also restaurants available that will allow dress casual, but not in the main dining room.

It is recommendable to check the dressing codes for your particular cruise well in advance. Consider clothing that compliments so the cruise can be much more enjoyable; essentially take clothing that will make you feel great.

Do you stand and stare into the closet wondering what to wear? Are your dresser drawers overflowing and now you are putting things on the shelves and leaving them in the clothes baskets? If so, you are like I was when one day I just decided that I couldn’t live like this any longer. Something had to be done. But what?

I guess we are in for a big sort out. I was holding on to things that had outlived their usefulness. So, lets see where we can start.

First take the things out of the closet one by one and put them into piles. 1. Out of date things that can go to the charity shop. 2. Clothes from before you went on the diet that are still good but too big. The question is; can they be altered? 3. Clothes that are too small for when you dieted but put back on a little weight. 4. Clothes that are completely worn out. 5. Clothes that you don’t like. 6. Clothes that are alright but don’t fit properly or are uncomfortable. 7. Clothes that you are wearing now and are suitable.

Quite a load of things. First things first. Lose the sentimentality and box up the #1, #2, #3 and #4. Next have a look at the shoes. Get rid of shoes that don’t fit or are worn out. This should quite take care of the closet. You might have filtered over into other closets in the house so away you go to sort those out as well.

Once all that has been handled, it is time to have a look at the drawers. The same piles for the drawers. Here, however, we can say that if you have good sweaters in the drawers that fit and are in good shape that you want to keep, just hang them on hangers. You should have a lot of hangers left from sorting the closet.

Hang the tops, then the skirts, dresses then slacks. Keep this orderly so you will know exactly what you have and everything in your closet now should be something that you like, that fits and is suitable to wear.

Just throw out the old underthings that seem to stay there forever even after you have replaced them with new. Sort the pajamas and night gowns and be very aggressive with all this. If you haven’t worn something in six months you don’t need it so out it goes. Really go through everything.

The next step is quite a neat one. Get a pencil and paper and take a type of inventory of what is left. A good wardrobe will contain; seven days of underthings plus stockings; three or so night gowns, two nice dresses for good, two nice skirts with dressy blouses, at least three long sleeved sweaters; several short sleeved tops, at least three pairs of slacks plus jeans if you wear them. If you live in a four season climate you will also need three pairs of shorts or light cotton skirts plus cool tops. Accessories will include some scarves and gloves, bathing suit, bathing suit cover up. You also will require either a coat or jacket for two or three seasons plus boots and hats for winter. You should have one good pair of shoes for dress, a casual pair, possibly some sneakers and sandals and some house shoes or slippers.

These are approximates, but there is enough there for a week of comfortable wear. Really suppress the impulse to buy more and more clothes. Once you have taken your inventory and if you discover some things are missing from your basic wardrobe, you may purchase your requirements. Limit yourself to the space you have.

Once every year, go through this exercise and send things off to the Good Will etc. You will be happy and some other people who receive these things will also be delighted.

Tip of the Day

Do this same sort out with your husband’s things and your
children. They probably won’t even notice and it will make
for a more organized home and save a lot of time.

Comedy Corner

“My wardrobe has three sizes; before diet;
after diet; need to diet again.”

According to Mark Twain, “Clothes do make the man; naked people have very little effect on the world.” If Twain was right, and he usually was, then gentlemen need to dress carefully. Details will vary depending on your profession, your locale and the attitudes of whatever group is hosting the event, but there are a few almost universal rules to being properly dressed. They’re easy to learn and to follow, and they are important.

Half a century ago, more formal attire was the standard: A tuxedo was called a dinner jacket because you didn’t go out for dinner without one. A man wore his three-piece business suit to the baseball or football stadium because it was a status symbol — wearing suits was a right to be earned, and those who earned it showed off their accomplishment. More casual is the modern rule, and that makes it more important to know what to wear and when to wear it. Today’s menswear falls into a few basic categories:

Formal

Formal still means tuxedos; formal events are rare in most people’s lives, other than as part of a wedding party, but they still happen. If you have more than one or two per year, buy a tux, you’ll save a boatload of money over renting. Also, be aware there is a difference between ‘black tie’ and ‘white tie’ (and it isn’t the tie): Black tie means a tuxedo; the tie and cummerbund (or waistcoat) colors are wearer’s choice, as long as they match. White tie events no average person ever gets invited to attend. It means a white tie, white waistcoat and formal jacket with tails (top hat and cane optional).

Semi-formal

Opinions vary, but semi-formal really means a business suit with a dress shirt and necktie. You might see others in blazer and slacks at semi-formal events. This is acceptable, but, if you dress correctly, not acceptably, you will definitely get favorable reviews. Dress shoes are a must.

Business

Business dress varies by company; suits are still expected in many companies and by some professions; blazer (or sport jacket) and dress slacks with dress shirt and tie are acceptable in most places. Business casual, meaning dress slacks and a polo shirt (with sleeves and collar and, ideally, a fancy name-brand logo), is gaining wide acceptance. Dress shoes are preferred; some companies are okay with athletic shoes. Some companies are also okay with extremely casual dress.

Casual

Casual means whatever the host or boss says it means. That can be khakis, polo shirt and loafers or shorts, tank top and sandals. Know your host and you won’t embarrass yourself.

Specialty

Uniforms, work clothes, sleepwear, etc. This catch-all category can be pretty fluid: Specific sports are using more specialized clothing. Many men wear work uniforms outside the jobsite. Scrubs or hoodies and sweatpants are commonly worn in place of pajamas. This is truly the wear-what-you-like arena, unless there’s a good reason to wear something specific.

General tips

If you don’t care what people think, wear whatever. If a restaurant refuses you service because you’re in denim jeans, leather jacket or a pullover, you probably wouldn’t enjoy eating there anyway. If you want a career as a lawyer, banker or politician, pick up several men’s suits, some silk ties and a closet full of dress shirts, including several white ones. You won’t get far without them.

The basic rules are simple: Dress to the event, dress to the location, follow the leader (your host, employer, etc.). It is not about ‘the right’ clothes, it’s about courtesy and the group dynamic, both of which are important. Being properly dressed is a statement that you know what is going on, that you are part of the group, and that you want to be taken seriously (even if the group is the Association of Clowns, Jokers and Court Jesters).

Men’s clothing fabrics

Acrylic, Nylon, Polyester, Rayon, etc.: Synthetic fibers are easier to clean, but mostly lack the durability or appearance of naturals. The double-knit leisure suit is a nightmare from which some of us may never wake up, but new synthetics are vastly superior to those of a generation ago and some weaves come close to the quality and appearance of natural fibers.

Blends: Wool-polyester blends, silk-wool and silk-linen blends lower costs without significantly reducing quality.

Cotton: A natural fiber which, overall, makes the best dress shirts; used for all types of men’s clothing from boxer shorts to robes to cargo pants. Cotton wrinkles easily, though some new weaves are treated to be no-iron. (Still, a regular touch-up is recommended.)

Leather and suede: Animal skins treated to resist rot and shrinkage, full-grain leather means the whole hide, it’s the thickest, most durable and best looking option. Leather jackets can be styled just like a sport jacket or express the rebellious fringes of the 1960s. Motorcycling without a leather vest is just wrong; leather pants should be limited by law to Hollywood actors and rock-n-roll stars under age 60.

Linen: A natural fiber from the flax plant; stronger, stiffer and more lustrous than cotton; traditional in tropical weight business suits and good for shirts. Linen also wrinkles easily, but a little extra care is a small price to pay for a fine shirt.

Microfibers: A new class of synthetics, spun thinner than silk, they approach the look and feel of natural fibers at much lower cost and the weave is so tight they are very close to waterproof.

Silk: The finest natural fabric — spun on the looms of the gods, according to legend — nothing comes close in luster, warmth, strength or durability for any article of clothing. Unfortunately, it is also the most expensive and difficult to maintain. For the average man, pure silk is best limited to ties.

Spandex: A synthetic fiber most known for its elastic quality; very popular in fitness gear and superhero costumes.

Wool: The hair of certain animals; varies in grade from good to heavenly. The best affordable suits are 100-percent virgin wool. Some wools are of such quality they are never just called wool: alpaca from the South American alpaca, angora from the Angora rabbit, cashmere from the Kashmir sheep and mohair from the Angora goat. Every gentleman’s wardrobe should include a camel hair blazer — from the Bactrian (two-hump) camel.

Men’s clothing care

Shirts, pants, coats, pajamas, etc, are all designed for specific uses; use it to its design — wear business apparel at work, formal wear at parties, sports apparel at the game (playing, not watching!) and casual apparel for everything else.

In general, wools and silks should be dry cleaned and pressed; cotton and linen can be machine washed (except for suits) and ironed afterwards; many synthetics are wash-n-wear; leather should be hand cleaned gently with leather cleaner or taken to a professional.

Common men’s clothing questions

Do men ever even notice other men’s clothing?
Yes, especially bosses thinking about promotions. No joke, many think that if you care enough about the details of your clothing to do it right, you’ll probably care enough about the details of the business to do it right.

How do I know it will fit?
Know your size before you make any purchases. Any good clothing store will measure you, even if you don’t buy from them. Sizing guides help you determine your shirts, pants and blazer sizes, so you can buy with confidence. Since very few people are ‘average,’ you may need slight alterations with some pieces due to your individual body measurements. The better clothing stores all have an in-house tailor who will adjust your clothing free if you bought it there, for a small fee if you didn’t.

What colors go together?
That depends on taste. Black, white and gray match everything. Some men won’t wear suits at all unless they are black, gray or dark blue. Brown is widely accepted for business suits, green and other colors are not. Some people won’t wear browns and blues together. The more casual the style, the more freedom you have with colors.

What never looks good?
Clothes that don’t fit — too tight, too baggy, long sleeves that don’t reach the wrist, long pants that don’t touch the shoes.
Colors that don’t match (including some shades of the same color).
Brown dress shoes with anything except brown or khaki pants.
White socks with dress shoes.
Dress shoes, black socks and shorts, except in Bermuda.
Combovers.
If you’ve graduated from college, anything you wore in high school.

Final thought: “My best suit.”

Every man should have one complete suit — including shirt and tie — kept exclusively for weddings, funerals, executive interviews, court appearances, IRS audits and other serious occasions. Wear it, get it professionally clean and pressed (shirt included), put it back in a garment bag and don’t wear it again until the next life-altering event. These are the times you need the best to look your best, so find yourself a good sale, make the investment in yourself and don’t worry about price.

Though it is hard to live in the shadow of her rock star father, Liv Tyler has actually been able to achieve and prove a lot on just being her own self. Starting off as a model, she later pursued a career in acting, as she was seen in movies like Armageddon and That Thing You Do. Her fashion has always been eclectic. But in an interview, she revealed that she was more into wearing cocktail dresses.

In the last few years, cocktail dresses have been getting quite interesting. From their fun colors to their girlish frills, they are sure to look good with almost any figure. Here are a couple of tips that Liv Tyler swears by as she struts on the red carpet wearing cocktail dresses.

1. Halter tops

One of Liv Tyler’s favorite cocktail dresses would be halter tops. Halter tops are best for women with narrow shoulders and flat chests. It makes your shoulders look broader and makes your neck look more swan like.

2. Asymmetrical hemlines

This is best for tall women with thin legs just like Liv Tyler, since the diagonal lines crossing your thighs tend to make them look larger. Avoid severe jags, but choose the ones where the top and bottom of the jag are less than three inches apart. Otherwise, the jag will make your legs appear shorter.

3. Flowing skirts

These are fun dresses, but not for small women, because they can make you look like a ten-year-old. If you have the height for them, have fun with the flowing fabrics, and choose prints rather than solid colors to avoid looking like an ice skater.

4. Belts

Liv Tyler loves adding belts to her cocktail dresses as they are easy ways to add great detail to an otherwise overly simple dress. If you have a small upper body, try empire waist belts. For small-waisted women, waist level belts will emphasize one of your best assets. Remember, though, that belts cut your body in half, so it could break an elegant line. You can avoid this by choosing belts in hues close to the color of your dress.

We have all heard the saying, “The suit makes the man.” But, what about the eyewear? With styles changing as quickly as the weather one can be hard pressed to find just the right style. As you will quickly see, in the end the only thing that matters is what you like. But if you want a quick lesson in how it can effect the way others perceive you… take a look at some famous faces that set eyewear trends yesterday and today.

You have come a long way, baby! Or have we? We often tend to think that we have stumbled upon the latest greatest thing when it comes to fashion trends, including eyewear. But if we take a walk back through history just a few years we may find our choices today pale in comparison.

Let’s take stroll down memory lane through to our present day. As we look at people in history who, regardless of their careers, set the standard for eyewear in their own eras we will find styles as different, compelling as anything we can find today. In the 1950’s Grace Kelly was the picture of class and flawless style in eyewear that was never outlandish, yet stood out above the crowd for sophisticated design. Audrey Hepburn put Ray-Ban on the map in Breakfast at Tiffany’s (and you thought it was the Blues Brothers?). The Beatles enthralled us all with their small, rimless shades. Janice Joplin in turn appalled us all in her ghastly, large round shades that, despite everything, caught on quickly in the 70’s. Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis hid behind similar shades, large and dark with thick plastic frames. Nothing could have prepared us for The Fly, no wait! That was just Bono. No, wait again! It’s still Bono wearing the same ungodly shades, obviously stolen straight off the movie set.

The 80’s saw the revival of the Ray-ban shades that cost just enough to make any teen feel cool. The early 90’s are certainly to blame for Bono’s poor taste with the inception of Oakleys. No one was cool if they weren’t wearing those face hugging shades that cost entirely too much but made those working the Kiosk at the mall smile big. Today we have seen a resurgence of the big 70’s shades that not only protect our eyes, but our cheeks, ears and noses. Perhaps I am exaggerating, but not by much. I would be remiss to leave out the ever-popular prescription eyewear reminiscent of the Beatniks of the 60’s that I, admittedly, find quite appealing on any man! Today it is all about individual taste. Vintage, classic or futuristic - it is purely a matter of taste. There is a style for any mood, any price, and any trend you wish to follow.

Barbara Lewis is a self proclaimed fashionista. She loves eyewear and the amazing ability it has to transform ones looks. Just think of the different look you would have and the statement you would be making if you wore these fancy folding reading glasses instead of that pair from the dollar store. http://www.readinstyle.com is a great source for all types of designer eyewear.

You expect the celebrities to have hairstyles that are trendy, even trend-setting. For a start, they have access to top hair professionals, and money to buy all the best hair products and treatments available. If you’re wondering what hairstyle is in fashion, then looking at celebrity hairstyles is a good place to begin.

However, there are some things to consider before you copy that celebrity hairstyle:

- Do you have a team of hair professionals on call to tidy up your hair at a moment’s notice? If not, don’t expect your hairstyle to remain looking fabulous all day. If you like the look of a particular celebrity hairstyle, ask your hairstylist how much work is involved in producing the end result. Then check with yourself if you have the time for the blow-drying, curling, straightening, sculpturing etc. For example, the Jennifer Aniston look requires two sets of conditioning to straighten the hair, then shaping gel and calming serum, finishing with the use of the flat iron. If you don’t have time for this type of routine, go for something that looks great but doesn’t need a lot of fuss and bother to get it looking good.

- Does your shape face suit the celebrity hairstyle? It may look absolutely fabulous on Jennifer Lopez but it may do nothing enhancing for you. Check these celebrity face shapes with suitable hairstyles.

Oval face: Jennifer Aniston and Julia Roberts have this shape face. You could wear your hair from short to long, which ever suits your life-style.

Round face: Kate Winslet and Drew Barrymore have round faces. A short hairstyle swept back from the face will give you more height and fullness.

Rectangular/oblong face: Gwyneth Paltrow and Kirstie Alley shaped faces look better with short or medium hair, with bangs to soften the face. Avoid long hair.

Square face: Demi Moore and Sandra Bullock are included in this set. Short and medium length hairstyles are best suited keeping away from long hair.

Heart face: Ashley Judd and Michelle Pfeiffer look good with chin length or long hair. Stay away from short hair.

Triangular face: Kathy Ireland shape-faces should be wearing hair either short or tied at the nape.

Diamond face: Linda Evangelista and Katherine Hepburn type faces can wear any length of hair and look fabulous.

- Is your hair type suited to the celebrity hairstyle that you’d like? Some styles are created by the use of a flat-iron to get the straight look. If you want a style that is dead straight and you have hair with a natural curl, this is going to take some time! On the other hand, if you want the romantic, long tresses of curls and your hair hasn’t a single wave to it, you’re going to need a salon semi-perm or daily curling. Try to find a celebrity hairstyle that fits your hair type for ease of maintenance.

Celebrity hairstyles are constantly changing. What was a fashion statement only a year ago has already been replaced by something new. To keep up with the fashion trends use the internet. There are many sites dedicated to the latest trends. Compare what they say, and then, using what you know about yourself, find a celebrity hairstyle that is fashionable and makes you look fantastic too.

SUMMARY If you want a fashionable style, look to the celebrities. However, make sure that the celebrity hairstyles you like suit your face shape and hair type.

“As an extension of the body, clothing can affect body image perception and functions to strengthen or weaken the body-image boundary. Clothing acts as a “second skin” in establishing the physical boundaries of the self” (Horn, 1968).

As one grows up they are grouped by attributes like how tall they are, what they weigh, race, age etc. Socially, the individual has developed through time their own self-perception and level of self-esteem. For most of us clothing is an important part of our identity and has been found to give us a sense of wellbeing and an added quality of life. It is obvious then that clothing can have a significant impact on our self esteem and our sense of acceptance among others. It seems that the higher self esteem that one has the less clothing seems to matter, probably because they know they are at their best anyway and the clothes they choose to wear will often reflect their mood anyhow. If someone is suffering from low self esteem, promoting body image by choosing the right clothes, in addition to other practices to improve self esteem can have a beneficial effect on their confidence.

Self esteem clothing is important in all walks of life and many different styles suit many different tastes. What is important is that the individual feels good and confident in what they are wearing and with their body shape because one of the main aims with regard to improving ones self esteem is to improve ones confidence. Studies have shown that more confidence is achieved through wearing the right clothes so that you feel good and clothing is a major aspect of personal appearance.

Here are some tips to give you a boost:

- Express yourself through your clothes, the key is to express confidence through what you wear from head to toe that also includes your feet!

- Try and purvey confidence through your self esteem clothing. What is of utmost importance once you have the correct is how you behave and put yourself across to others. Self esteem clothing must help you in developing some kind of inner self worth. The more people notice how balanced, confident and interesting you are, the more they are likely to follow you.

- Try and dress positively, even if you are not in the mood and make sure you are happy in yourself with what you are wearing. You will then attract those of a similar state of mind and with confidence and your mood will be lifted.

- Have knowledge of your body type. Today there are beautiful clothes to suit all body sizes in most sizes and finding the right style to suit you can have a huge impact on your confidence. try not to fit into sizes that are too small just because it is ‘the trend’. If you are unsure, seek advice or search on the internet as it may be that you have been choosing wrong all along. If you are wearing the correct self esteem clothing your body type should always be complimented.

Don’t be afraid to experiment. You might not get it right first time but clothes are much cheaper today that they ever were so splash out on something new that you can experiment with. Once you feel confident in what you are wearing the inner you will shine through and you can have fun and confidence, no matter what you wear.

If you want to find other ways of how to build self esteem and confidence then visit http://www.lowselfesteemadvice.com and you will be well on the way to improving self esteem.
